Day 2:

Excursion to the Langhe

FD excursion in the Langhe. The Langhe is a hilly area to the south and east of the river Tanaro in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont, northern Italy. It is famous for its wines, cheeses, and truffles—particularly the white truffles of Alba. During this day you will have the possibility to visit one local cellar and have a wine tasting with light lunch with typical products. In the afternoon you will have the possibility to have a guided tour to the laboratories and truffle seeking in a beautiful and natural landscape or in one of the first truffle area created in Piedmont with micorrizza plants. You will be amazed by the infallible nose of our dogs, faithful friends and indispensable business partner.

Turin and chocolate Tour

In the morning private transfer to a local factory where you can have the possibility to learn all the techniques of the production of the Italian Ice Cream and you can also take an active part on its realization. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon you will have the possibility to enjoy the not-to-be-missed ritual of drinking hot chocolate, brought from America to Piedmont by the Savoy Family. Enjoy a sweet break with the irresistible sweets and chocolates of the noble patisserie art and discover the habits adopted at court in the 18th century in Torino. Overnight in the Hotel in Turin

Parmigiano, Ham and Salami Factory Tour

In the morning private transfer to a Parmigiano Factory where you can learn the different cheese maturing period. Visit of the Parmigiano Museum where you also have the possibility of taste the typical Parmigiano cheese. After that you will be transferred to Langhirano. Here you will visit the Museum of Prosciutto and cured meat products that proposes a path through history which allows the visitor to re-construct the production process from pig to cured meat. At the end of the visit you will have a light lunch where some local products will be served. In the afternoon you will be transferred to  Felino Salame Museum for a salami tasting.

 

Day 6:

Breakfast in the Hotel in Parma

 

Modena & Bologna, Aceto and Mortadella Tasting

In the morning visit of a typical Aceto Balsamico factory where you will have time to taste the famous Aceto Balsamico of Modena. You will be transferred to the center of Modena where you will have free time at disposal for the visit of the city and a light lunch. In the afternoon you will arrive to Bologna area where you will have the possibility to visit a typical Salami Factory and taste the most famous local product: The Mortadella.

 

Day 7:

Taste itinerary in Chianti Region

After breakfast you will discover the beauty of the Chianti Area.  Chianti offers a unique landscape, with green, gentle hills covered with wide fields of vineyards and olive groves, small medieval stone villages, characteristic churches and countryside homes. 

Wine is undoubtedly one of the most typical of products "made in Tuscany" and of such high quality and excellence as to be known all over the world, but also the Pienza cheese is very renowned. You will have the possibility to spend an exciting day of tasting off to the region of Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza, accompanied by an English speaking guide who will explain to you all the wonders of this area. Lunch in a local restaurant.

 

Day 9:

Breakfast in the Hotel in Tuscany Area

 

Pisa and Pasta Artisan Factory Tour

In the morning you will be transferred to Pisa. Here you will have free time at disposal to walk around the city on your own and see the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Leaning Tower of Pisa and to continue towards the Historical Center of Pisa with its Lungarno, the streets along the Arno river. You can also enjoy an excursion to the Parco di San Rossore, a huge green area just outside the town.

Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon you will visit an Artisan Pasta Factory where to learn all the steps and the secrets of the pasta production.

 

Day 10:
