Here you will be in direct contact with the top quality ingredients of the market, their flavors and colors and the atmosphere which is an inexhaustible source of culinary inspiration. The goal of this workshop is to offer you the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of Italian culinary culture, its territory and its products, together with the importance of the seasonality of the ingredients we use.
