h. 9.30 AM Meeting with a private licensed tourist guide at Sirmione/Desenzano del Garda. Transfer to Bardolino by private car/minivan for a guided tour of this old fishermen’s village, then transfer to the “Wine Museum”, which offers a rich experience in the history of viniculture and wine production. The visitor can admire ancient tools and machinery used for the grape harvest and vinification. Wine tasting based on 4 different wines, including the worldwide known Amarone, pairing with other local products. Following this, visit to a local oil mill to discover
the secrets of extra virgin olive oil production: experts will lead guests through the mill for a tasting of 4 different types of oil, sharing passion and knowledge. Transfer to Lazise by private car/minivan, a cute small village placed on the eastern coast of Lake Garda. Time at your leisure for individual lunch. Guided visit to the historical center. Its actual shape dates to the Scala Family age, when, from the end of XII century, the castle and its boundary walls were built. Time at your leisure for individual activities and shopping.
