This tour will allow you to discover Bolognese gastronomy with a walk through the ancient streets of the city, the true heart of the city where you can taste authentic Bolognese specialities made according to traditional recipes.

You will enjoy typical tastings and immerse yourself in anecdotes about Bolognese cuisine! You will discover the best of Bologna with a local guide, who will allow you to enter the magical atmosphere of the city centre.

Then you’ll discover the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in an ancient Acetaia, which for four generations has been producing and preserving the most precious vinegar in the world.

You’ll know all the steps of production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, from the hilly vineyards of the farm to the cooking room, two aging rooms and the Balsamic Vinegar’s Museum. At the end you’ll taste 5 kinds of classic Balsamic Vinegar together with a lunch based on local specialties.
