The experience includes a visit to the winery, which features the modern distillery with its charming and characteristic copper stills, the cave carved into the rock, deep within the mountain (used as an air raid shelter during World War II), where the secondary fermentation of our TrentoDoc takes place, and the historic cellar with ancient Austro-Hungarian barrels, where the remuage and disgorgement phases occur. Following the tour, enjoy a tasting of TrentoDoc and spirits, with the option to personalize your tasting experience by selecting your preferred products.
