Departure by reserved motor-launch from St.Mark’s waterfront or from your hotel. A true Venetian experience.
We commence our tour by private water taxi taking us along the most spectacular "high street" in the world
where we will see the beautiful palaces which were constructed over hundreds of years ago. Our escort will
entertain you with stories of the most historical palaces (many famous owners). This 45 minutes boat tour
will also take you through secluded waterways to enjoy the picturesque small bridges and 'off the beaten
track' sights taking us to the opposite side of the city. Then our escort will accompany you on foot through the
narrow alleyways to a typical Osteria/Bacaro where you can enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and taste the
local ‘cichetti’. You will meet local Venetians who are truly enthusiastic about the wines and Venetian “Tapas”
served daily in this city. A great way to experience Venetian life, sample the wonderful “in-house” made
snacks which the locals swear by along with a couple of glasses of wine to make your trip to Venice complete.
At the end of the tour you can either stay in the Baccaro or our guide will walk you back to Rialto bridge or St.
Mark’s Square
