A visit to a Salami Factory and tasting of local products
A visit to the production facility with the opportunity to observe the processing of Parma Ham.
The tour takes about 30-40 minutes and after that Guests will be served a platter of assorted cured meats with 2 slices of Parma Ham, 1 slice of Dolce Culatta, 2 slices of Prosciutto Fiocco, breadsticks, a glass of white wine and water.
Saturday and Sunday are holidays when it is not possible to watch the processing in progress-but we go from cell to cell to see the transformation of the product and better understand what we explain about the production process.
