Visit and Tasting of Parmigiano in a Local Cheese Factory
Participate in a guided tour of the cheese factory to learn about the Parmigiano Reggiano production process. You may witness how milk is transformed into cheese, with detailed explanations of each stage, from curdling to salting and aging.
Customers will be able to witness the live production process, visit the slaughterhouse, and aging warehouse, and at the end, we offer a tasting of four different ages of Parmesan cheese (12, 24, 36, and the highly prized 60 months) accompanied by balsamic vinegar, wine, water, and breadsticks.
