Guided tour of the bakery with tasting
A visit to an ancient wood-fired oven, to witness the preparation of the famous Altamura bread and conclude the tour with a tasting of freshly baked products such as bread, focaccia, and sweet or savory biscuits.
Altamura bread is the first Italian baked product to receive the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) in 2003. An experience that will lead you to discover sourdough, durum wheat flours and the distinctive wood-fired ovens.
You will have the opportunity to watch the bread being put into the oven or taken out. Finally, there will be time for questions and tasting.
