Are you cheese lovers and would like to know more about how they are produced? Here is the authentic process for the production of traditional Pecorino cheese, led by the master cheese maker of Casale. During the 2-hour experience, the cheese maker will guide you through the entire process: from the stable, through fermentation, to aging. You will be able to witness with your own eyes the initial stages of the production of a fresh cheese. The cheese maker will be ready to answer all your questions during the discovery of this ancient art.
