Here is the authentic process for the production of traditional Pecorino cheese, led by the master cheese maker of Casale. During the 2-hour experience, the cheese maker will guide you through the entire process: from the stable, through fermentation, to aging. You will be able to witness with your own eyes the initial stages of the production of a fresh cheese. The cheese maker will be ready to answer all your questions during the discovery of this ancient art.
