Discover the secrets of Calabrian fried delicacies, such as fritters, croquettes, and the famous peperoni cruschi. You will also prepare a seasonal dessert inspired by the freshest local ingredients.
During the session, you can taste local wines, cheeses, cured meats, and other specialties.
