The farmer / sommelier will take you for a stroll around the farm, reaching the thousand years old olive grove, while telling you stories and traditions from the past connected to the rural production and the
cultivation of extra virgin olive oil. You will have the opportunity to taste the three qualities of extra virgin olive oil, all organically produced in the farm: Il Mille, Il Cento, Il Venti5. Il Mille, a monocultivar, produced by our thousand years old trees; Il Cento, monocultivar, produced by our hundred years old trees; Il Venti5, a blend produced by our youngest trees.
The experience will be enriched by a local aperitif (fried fava beans and chickpeas, olives, friselle, tomatoes, almonds, taralli and focacce) putting your souls together embraced by the authentic taste of Puglia.
