Our journey begins in Alba, a picturesque town celebrated for its truffles, fine wines, and historic architecture. Stroll through the cobbled streets of the town center, where centuries-old buildings showcase a blend of medieval and Baroque influences.
Leaving Alba, we'll venture into the rolling hills adorned with vineyards that produce some of Italy's finest wines. The Langhe region is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and as we wind through the vine-covered landscapes.
Our journey concludes at Grinzane Castle, a medieval fortress perched atop a hill with commanding views of the Langhe. You'll experience a gastronomic journey of 5 courses selected by the chef paired with a selection of 3 glasses of wine.
Then you'll xplore the castle's historic rooms, including the impressive Hall of Barons, adorned with frescoes and medieval artifacts. The castle is also home to the Regional Enoteca, where you can sample and purchase a curated selection of local wines.
