OIL SENSORY JOURNEY WITH LIGHT LUNCH
A moment of tranquility and connection with nature, an experience that will not only nourish the soul but also bring you closer to the culture of quality olive oil. The experience continues with a visit to the olive mill.
After exploring the olive mill and delighting the senses with a sensory tasting of 4 oils, our guests will learn how to savor the oil. Through pairings with food, we will discover how quality oil can enhance the flavors of even the simplest dishes. They will then put their palate to the test with bruschettas, fresh vegetables, cereals and/or legumes, and cheeses to pair with the 4 oils tasted, culminating in an experiment of pairing oil with ice cream! Finally, there will be a sampling of our oil-based spreads.
