Journey Among the Calabrian Olive Trees: A Unique Experience Amid Enchanting Landscapes and Authentic Flavors
A day to spend in an ancient rural village that stretches across a hillside of olive groves. The farm staff will tell you the story of the families who have populated this village working the land and still continue to have an organic production in the traditional way. Visit the oil museum with an ancient millstone mill and the current processing plant. This will be followed by a fun mini oil tasting course to learn how to identify the main characteristics that characterize a good quality oil and become,
finally, skilled tasters. Pic-Nic in nature to be consumed in the farm's olive grove or orchard to fully experience the rural village.
